2023 – Present.

Madrid, Spain.

Led the end-to-end redesign of the company's B2B digital platform, transforming information architecture, user experience, branding, and content structure to create a scalable and intuitive customer experience.

Modernized the company's visual identity and digital presence to strengthen its positioning in the premium B2B packaging market.

Restructured the website's information architecture and product taxonomy, consolidating nearly 300 duplicated products into approximately 60 optimized product pages.

Optimized key user journeys across the homepage, category, product and landing pages, improving navigation and product discoverability.

Designed responsive interfaces, user flows and reusable UI components to streamline the quotation request experience.
